 Kat is a leading voice in Yin Yoga, guiding open-minded seekers into the art of stillness and self-discovery. She blends movement, meditation and energy awareness into transformative experiences that go beyond the mat, from group classes and private sessions to workshops and retreats.

With over 1660 hours of training and fourteen plus years of teaching, Kat has become known as a teacher of teachers, leading sold-out Yin Yoga trainings and mentoring others to share the practice with confidence. Her work is dedicated to creating nurturing, soulful spaces where students and teachers alike can reconnect with themselves on every level.
