Kat is passionate about all things yoga and holistic healing. She delivers energy centred yoga and meditation for open-minded spiritual seekers through group classes, one-on-one sessions, workshops and retreats. Kat’s aim to create a safe place to explore, evolve and connect with self through movement and mindfulness.

A self-confessed learning and personal development advocate Kat holds over 1400-hours of certifications in yoga, meditation and Reiki. Kat believes in walking her talk by applying her knowledge to her work in a down to earth and accessible way.
