It has been created to deepen your understanding of the wisdom within you, elevate your yoga teaching, and enhance your personal growth. By inviting a connection to the Five Spirits of the energetic Yin organs, you can awaken the gifts you came here to share. Through the quiet practice of Yin Yoga and the sharing of ancient Taoist philosophy, you will discover more about yourself on an energetic level.
This course will strengthen yoga teachers’ intuition and inner connection. Through an embodied experience, which includes guided meditations, interactive discussions, and Yin yoga practice, teachers can weave their understanding of the Five Spirits into their Yin yoga classes.
